In the “Live Shoot” lessons, Russ takes you along on a shoot with a beautiful little girl. We get to see Russ put into action all the principles he has been teaching throughout the course. He demonstrates swaddling and soothing and shows us the gentle, careful, and patient way he works with newborns and how being respectful of their needs leads to a more efficient and successful shoot. He captures the portrait, back, side, tummy, and forward-facing poses. And he shows us how to work with all the little wiggles and squirms, trapped gas, and hunger that naturally occur in newborns as well as how to do it all in a way that is least disturbing and most restful for baby, and most relaxing for Mom and Dad.
