I’d like to book my travel and stay soon. When should I arrive?

We recommend that you arrive on Saturday, September 10th. All reservations for the conference need to be made individually by the attendee. Purchasing Tickets

I’d like to buy two tickets, is this possible?

You can purchase two general admission tickets, but VIP tickets are one per account.

When do I need to purchase my ticket by?

Ticket prices increase June 1st from $1500 to $1800. From there, you’ll have until August 1st to buy tickets, unless we sell out completely!

Will there be a payment plan available/can I use more than one card to pay for my ticket?

Unfortunately, no you must pay in full with one debit or credit card.

Can I use PayPal to purchase my ticket?

Unfortunately no, we only take credit or debit cards.

What is the refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. In the case of a catastrophic life event, you may email a refund request to our support team:

I’m undecided on the VIP Experience. Can I upgrade my ticket to VIP later on?

Yes – but VIP has an extremely limited number of spots, so you’ll want to move extremely quick to secure one of those if you’re at all interested. You may sign up on the waitlist and we will be in touch if any spots are available:
