What is all included with the price of a ticket?

Ticket includes 2 days of folio building with multiple indoor and outdoor shooting bays and the opportunity to network with your fellow peers, as well as our mentors.

Will there be on-site food options?

Yes, we will have a variety of food trucks that you can purchase food from.

What COVID-19 precautions will be in place at this event?

Per current CDC Guidelines:

Attendees who are not fully vaccinated must wear a face mask at all times.

Attendees who are fully vaccinated are encouraged but not required to wear masks.

Masks will also be provided at the event if needed.

We will no longer enforce wearing masks on-site unless required by the venue.

Emerald events will also no longer require temperature checks, unless required by the venue.

Where should I stay while I’m in Phoenix?

Official discounted hotel reservations for The Portrait Masters Shootout will be live soon. In the meantime please email EventSphere, our official hotel provider, with any reservation requests: portraitmasters@eventsphere.com.

If I previously attended a Portrait Masters Conference, can I get a ticket before other SBE members?

No, the Shootout is entirely first come, first serve.

If I have a credit from not being able to attend a previous Portrait Masters Conference, can I use it towards this? If I have a Portrait Masters coupon code can I use it towards this?

No. If you have a credit please email support: support@theportraitmasters.com and no coupon codes can be applied to this event.

Can my spouse/children attend the shootout? Will there be events before or after the shootout that my partner will be able to attend?

No

Can I volunteer to help in exchange for a ticket?

No, we don’t have volunteers this year.

Will there be an online conference this year if I can’t attend this?

No, not this year.

Can I buy swag?

Yes, there will be SBE and TPM swag for purchase.

Is there VIP level access?

Not at this time.

What do I need to bring?

You, your camera, and anything else you feel like you might need to create an amazing experience!

Are there any refunds? Are tickets transferable?

No, there are absolutely no refunds and are not transferable.

Can I split my payments?

No, the ticket needs to be purchased in full.

Can I purchase more than one ticket?

No, it’s one ticket per customer.

If this sells out, will there be a waitlist?

Yes we will have a waitlist. If this sells out and you weren’t able to purchase a ticket, please email support and they will add you to the list: support@theportraitmasters.com

Will the event be recorded?

No, this will not be recorded.
