What's Included in The Portrait Summit Pass?

Access to a The Portrait Summit 2-Day conference including exclusive 4 mainstage sessions, exclusive shooting bays and networking opportunities 

  • Access to all 40 WPPI Seminar Classes (Mon-Thur). There will be no pre-registration for Seminar Classes, seating is by general admission.
  • Access to the WPPI Show Floor (Tues, Wed, Thur)
  • Access to Evening Special Events including the Welcome Reception, Opening Night Party, Icon Awards and Wrap Party
  • Access to 1:1 Coaching Sessions and Image Critique
    Photo Walks are available as add-on purchases.  

What are the dates for TPM, WPPI Conference and WPPI Show Floor?

  • The Portrait Summit: Sunday, March 16 - Monday, March 17, 2025
    WPPI Conference: Monday, March 17 - Thursday, March 20, 2025
    WPPI Show Floor: Tuesday, March 18 - Thursday, March 20, 2025  

When do I need to purchase a ticket?

You can purchase a ticket all the way up to March 16th, but it's best to purchase early to ensure it doesn’t sell out.

What is the ticket price?

$499 - This includes access to The Portrait Summit PLUS full access to the WPPI Conference & WPPI Show Floor.

What is the refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable.

I’d like to book my travel and stay soon. When should I arrive?

We recommend that you arrive on Saturday, March 15.

Where is the closest airport to The Rio?

The Rio in Las Vegas is located approximately 5 miles from McCarran International Airport (LAS). Travel time from the airport to the hotel can vary depending on traffic conditions, but it typically takes around 15 minutes by car or taxi.
